Biometric Devices in Schools. Installation of biometric devices in 20-model schools district Rajanpur for attendance of teaching/non-teaching staff.

As you all are well aware that 20 Model Schools of this District have been adopted by the undersigned recently (List attached)

In this context, you are directed to take all necessary steps / measures for the betterment of all these 20 Model Schools in accordance with directions / instructions as well as imperative indicators given by Govt of Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore.

As a matter of first step, you are hereby directed to install biometric devices in all 20 Model Schools for ensuring proper attendance of School staff (Teaching / Non-Teaching). It is further directed that monthly attendance report may also be shared to Mr. Sultan Ali Khan, Senior Data Processing Officer, District Monitoring Office, Rajanpur with countersignature of concerned heads.

The matter may be assigned on Top-priority basis.
