SBA First Term Syllabus, Schedule and Date Sheet. SBA 2023 – 2024 Curriculum. The School Education Department (SED) of Punjab has introduced the School Based Assessment (SBA) syllabus for the first term of 2024.

This new approach emphasizes a tri-semester system, with each academic year divided into three terms:

• September 2023
• December 2023
• March 2024

Syllabus Details for First Term SBA in SED Punjab

The SBA syllabus for the first term encompasses a comprehensive range of subjects spanning from Grade 3^rd to 8^th.

Students will engage with the following subjects during SBA term

1. English
2. Mathematics
3. Urdu
4. General Knowledge (GK)
5. Science
6. Islamiat
7. Social Studies (SST) / History
8. Computer Science
9. Ethics
10. Taleem-ul-Quran

SBA Date Sheet and Schedule 2023-2024

The School Based Assessment will be conducted according to the following schedule:

1. 1^st Term SBA: The assessment for the first term is scheduled to take place during the third and fourth weeks of September.
2. Mid-Term SBA: The mid-term assessment is planned for the third and fourth weeks of December.
3. End-of-Term SBA: The assessment for the concluding term will occur during the third and fourth weeks of March.
