Subject: –       APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION IN CONTRACT OF SSEA 2014 TO 2018

Apropos the subject.

                              Enclosed herewith a request received from Malik Muhammad Amanullah (SSE-CS) President SSE/AEO’s Regularization Movement Lahore for Extension in Contract for SSE’s and AEO’s. As you are well aware of the fact that SSEs appointed in year 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017and 2018 their contract is going to be expired in near future in this regard you are hereby directed to direct the all the SSE’s working under your jurisdiction appointed in 2014-2018 to submit their application for extension in contract period within “07 Days” to this office so their contract may be extended accordingly along with following documents: –

1. Application duly signed by the Concerned DDO.
2. Copy of CNIC.
3. Copy of extension in Contract (2024).
4. Original PERs of Last Year (2024).
5. No Enquiry, No Demand and No Audit Para Certificates
6. Pay Slip of December 2024.
7. Copy of M.A/M.Sc., B.Ed./M.Ed. degree.
8. Copy of Letter of Agreement and 1t Joining Report.
9. Copy of Transfer order and Relieving and Joining.

Complete Personal file in case of any SSE newly transferred from other District to Lahore along with verification of letter of agreement.
