NoPositionNo. of postsQualification, Experience and Required Age1Chief Engineer/ Head PMO (BPS-20)01– At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years education) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) from HEC recognized university/registered with PEC or well reputed International University. – Should have 15 years of post-qualification professional experience in (Engineering) Project Management and implementation with at least 5 years working experience preferably in Hydropower Projects. – Should have sound knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, GDP & GOP Planning and Management procedures, Knowledge of World Bank or other multilateral donor agencies procedures would be preferred. – Maximum Age limit is 55 years at the closing date of advertisement.2Director Environment (BPS-19)01– At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years education) in Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Engineering from HEC recognized university/registered with PEC or well reputed International University. – Should have 12 years of post-qualification professional relevant experience in the field of Environment with at least 3 years working experience in Hydropower Projects. – Should have sound knowledge of environmental and social safeguards aspects of Project including but not limited to preparation and implementation of EISA, ESMP. – Prior experience of working with multilateral agencies would be preferred. – Maximum Age limit is 55 years at the closing date of advertisement.3Director Technical/Mechanical (BPS-19)01– At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years education) in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from HEC recognized university/registered with PEC or well reputed International University. – Should have 12 years of post-qualification professional experience in Engineering/ Project Management and Implementation with at least 3 years working experience preferably in Hydropower Projects. – Preference will be given to Candidates having knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, GDP & GOP Planning and Management procedures, Knowledge of World Bank or other multilateral donor agencies procedures. – Maximum Age limit is 55 years at the closing date of advertisement.4Deputy Director Resettlement & Land (BPS-18)01– At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years education) in Social Sciences/ Management Sciences from HEC recognized university. – Should have 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience pertaining to land affairs and resettlement in Hydropower Projects with at least 3 years working experience in the field of Land Acquisition, Social Impact Assessment, Land Acquisition Act Rules. – Should have sound knowledge of Land Acquisition Act, Social Impact Assessment, Land Acquisition Act Rules, Grievance Redress Mechanism, Resettlement Action Plan. – Should have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point is essential. – Maximum Age limit is 40 years at the closing date of advertisement.5Deputy Director Geology (BPS-18)01– At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years education) in Geology/ Geo-Technical Engineering from HEC recognized university. – Should have 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in Engineering/ Geology/ Geo-Technical Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in Hydropower Projects. – Should have sound knowledge of geological and geotechnical investigations for Projects. – Maximum Age limit is 40 years at the closing date of advertisement.
