Mandatory Actions for All Schools

To ensure a seamless transition, all schools are required to:

1. Uninstall the previous SIS App hosted by PITB.
2. Download and install the updated SIS App hosted by PMIU-PESRP using the link below:

Responsibilities of District Monitoring Officers (DMOs) and CEOs-DEAs

District Monitoring Officers (DMOs) are requested to collaborate with the Chief Executive Officers of District Education Authorities (CEOs-DEAs) to ensure:

• All schools under their jurisdiction have successfully installed and accessed the updated SIS App.
• Verification of the transition process to guarantee no school is left behind.

Immediate Action Required

The migration to the new platform must be completed IMMEDIATELY to avoid any potential data loss. Timely action is essential to:

• Maintain the integrity of the School Information System.
• Ensure uninterrupted access to critical educational data and services.
