Programs Offered.

Chinese Government Scholarship applications sponsor International students, teachers and students  to adopt diploma studies (Undergraduate, Master’s & PhD) and Chinese language look at or academic research in institutions of better education in China.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic requirements are as follows

• Applicant have to be citizen of Pakistan/AJK
• Must incorporate 12 years of schooling (FA/ Fsc or equal A- level) beneath the age of 25 years for undergraduate programs.

• Must be a bachelor’s diploma holder below the age of 35 years for master’s programs.
• Must be a master’s degree holder underneath the age of forty years for doctoral programs.

TORS

• No manual or incomplete packages on e-portal will be entertained. All applicants must apply on-line on HEC portal and in Chinese Universities.
• HEC will shortlist eligible applicants on the basis of merit & the variety of scholarship slots allocated for Pakistani students.

• In case of submitting false data at any degree, HEC reserves the rights to cancel and debar for all future scholarships in addition to impose penalty, as decided by means of HEC.

• Only observe on-line before the closing date of fifth January 2020, DO NOT send hard copies of software forms or any other files to HEC at this level of application process.

• It is the sole responsibility of scholar(s) applying for any expert degree (viz. Medical, Engineering, Agriculture etc.) to first get confirmed its accreditation from the respective Councils i.E. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC), Agriculture Council, & Nursing Council etc.

How to Apply

• Submit the online HEC application shape available at HEC E-Portal at http://eportal.Hec.Gov.Pk website and preserve its published copy.

Hard Copies of the packages aren’t required at this stage. By-hand or incomplete programs shall NOT be entertained in any case.

Important Note

Kindly notice that HEC might ahead nominations from Pakistan after quick listing of ability candidates on merit via a check OR interview OR both. The decision of HEC can be final and binding. Last Date for on-line utility on HEC portal is on or before 5th January, 2020.

Documents Required

Please notice that on the time of submission of HEC on line software, no difficult replica of any document is required to be dispatched to HEC on or before the deadline.

7. Language qualification certificate. E.G. HSK certificates, IELTS or TOFEL report (Not obligatory).
8. A photocopy of valid passport data page.
9. Two advice letters in original. (for Masters & PhD best)
10. Two recent passport size photographs.
11. Two copies of applicant’s declaration of purpose.
12. Health/fitness certificates designed by way of the Chinese quarantine authority can be downloaded from here. The bodily examinations need to cover all the items listed inside the Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

Incomplete data or the ones without the signature of the attending physician, the professional stamp of the clinic or a sealed image of the applicants are invalid. Please select the proper time to take  physical exam as the end result is legitimate for only 6 months.

• Non-criminal document from police Department.
• In case of employment, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from applicant’s company will be required from brief indexed applicants.

1. Certified English Translations of supporting files (i.E. Certificates, testimonials, transcripts) should be submitted for files that are not in English.

Note: Applicants who don’t have legitimate passports are cautioned to apply and get it before February 2020 as its miles mandatory to upload reproduction of passport at CSC portal.
